Reference project: Beam mounted pull out units for SAMSON
Were created a total of 284 storage spaces and 160 pieces pull out units mounted. Due to a multi-floor production and administration building were used special load distribution plates for the pallet racks.

EXTREMLY ROBUST WITHOUT MAINTENANCE COST
Our extremely stable KROG beam mounted heavy duty pull out units are particularly suitable for extremely heavy loads. The very high loads from 1.000 kg up to 1.200 kg create versatile application possibilities in the field of assembly, production and storage. The extremely robust and solid steel construction guarantees a long service life without maintenance costs! The maintenance-free ball bearings guarantee easy pull out of the pull-outs even with particularly heavy loads.
OPTIMAL EXPLOITATION OF EXISTING RACK SPACE
You can pull the pallets or wire boxes together with the stored goods out of the rack and comfortably serve from the rear area. The storage areas of a pallet rack are thus fully utilised. Ergonomic and three-sided access to the goods is also made possible for employees.
SIMPLE MOUNTING IN RACKS
The beam mounted pull-out units can be easily mounted in all common pallet racks. Retrofitting is possible at any time. The pull-out units are placed on the existing traverses and then screwed together. A mounting set and assembly instructions are included. We supply the reinforced screws M10 x 140 for a beam height of up to 160 mm. For higher beams we need a note in the order.
Three pull-out units side by side fit exactly on the 2.70 m traverse of a rack. Our units fit into standard racks with depths from 970 – 1.220 mm. If you have different rack beams, we look forward to your inquiry. Please note that our heavy duty pallet pull-outs have high demands on the pallet rack.
