UNIVERSAL USAGE & 
EASY MOUNTING

The installation of our pallet pull-out units is very simple and uncomplicated: The pull-out units are placed on the existing shelf beams and connected to the shelf using counter plates and screws. The necessary fastening set and assembly instructions with safety instructions are included in the delivery. As a standard we deliver a screw set M8 x 140 for a truss height up to 115 mm. If you have higher trusses, we ask for information in the order. We will then supply longer screws at the same price. The pallet extensions can be installed in heavy-duty racks with a depth of 970 to 1.170 mm. If your pallet racks have a different rack depth, we can adapt the pull-outs accordingly without much effort.

PUSH-THROUGH PROTECTION


A stop edge is bolted to the rear of our standard pull-out units. This ensures that the pallets are not pushed too far onto the drawer. When loading from the rear, this stop edge can be easily removed. Optional front stop edges are available in case of loading from the forklift side.

Our extremely stable KROG pallet pull-outs can be used universally in pallet racks and are ideally suited for holding EURO pallets & mesh pallets. A solid steel construction ensures high load capacities from 300 kg to 800 kg depending on the model type. For loads up to 1.200 kg look here. The maintenance-free and smooth-running ball bearings guarantee easy retrieval and a long service life without maintenance costs!

AUTOMATIC LOCKING


When pushed in, the pull-outs are automatically locked. By turning the locking rod, the drawer is unlocked and can be pulled out. When pushed back, the drawer locks itself.

Stored goods can be pulled out of the rack either up to approx. 70 % or 100 %. For our pull-out units with a load capacity of 600 kg and 800 kg, we also offer a pull-out on both sides with approx. 70 % pull-out depth. Alternatively, we also offer our heavy duty pull-out rack. This allows you to easily pull the pallets out of the rack together with the goods stored on them and to remove goods from the rear area of the pallets or the pallet cage in a way that is easy on your back. In this way, you achieve optimum utilization of the available storage space.

ROUNDED CORNERS &
ANTI-SLIP STRIPS


The drawers designed for the storage of pallets are equipped with anti-slip strips. These reduce the risk of paletetn slipping on the pull-outs when pulled out.

All corners on freely accessible parts are rounded to minimize the risk of injury. The surfaces of the drawers are powder-coated or galvanized to ensure a long service life.
