Multilevel labels

For labelling high-bay warehouses

Our multi-level labels are specially manufactured for labelling high-bay warehouses or racking systems with multiple levels. We are happy to print individual storage location numbers, barcodes, QR codes, plain text or colour-coded level markings according to your requirements.

What makes our multi-level labels special: The upper shelf levels are also displayed on the lowest level. This ensures that all relevant barcodes and storage location information are at an ergonomically optimal scanning height.

Staff can easily scan all storage locations in a rack section from the floor without having to move directly to or scan the individual levels. This saves time during order picking, reduces walking distances and minimises input errors.

Labels are available in various colours and with different mounting options. They ensure quick orientation and clear storage location identification, even in large high-bay warehouses.

The combination of different colours, storage location numbers and barcodes results in particularly clear storage location identification. Each shelf level is assigned its own colour and can therefore be clearly identified even from a distance.

The customisable design allows for adaptation to existing warehouse structures and labelling systems. Colours, barcodes, number ranges and layouts are implemented exactly to the customer’s specifications and support fast, error-free order picking.

Of course, we can also produce the printed multi-level labels in two colours. In this case, the staggered arrangement of the barcodes – or, optionally, QR codes – ensures good scanability.

Each storage location has its own storage location number and a separate barcode for unique identification. Level identification is also provided by an integrated symbol (level indicator), enabling staff to locate the required storage location quickly and reliably. 

All storage location information is consolidated at an ergonomically accessible height. This allows all barcodes to be scanned conveniently from the floor without having to move the forklift directly to the individual shelf levels.
