The small stackers of type HR500 are very often manufactured with individual holding devices according to customer requirements. The picture opposite shows a special clamp for Schäfer type 14/6-1 steel stacking boxes. This is equipped with a spring and so the crates can be picked up directly from the floor with the stacker as long as they are sufficiently loaded. Optionally, such a clamp for Schäfer stacking boxes is also available with a tilting device.
ROBUST PLEXIGLASS PANEL PROTECTS OPERATING AREA
The control panel with steering handles, on/off key, power cable and handle for lifting and lowering is separated from the working area by a robust Plexiglas pane. In the standard version, control is via 2 buttons for lifting and lowering. This unit has an additional hydraulic system for fine height adjustment, so that the height can be precisely controlled via the lever. The built-in rechargeable battery can be charged via the very easily accessible charging cable on a normal 230V connection.
1.000 MM AND 1.500 MM LIFTING HEIGHT SPECIAL HEIGHTS POSSIBLE
In the standard version, we offer the HR200 and HR 500 small forklifts stackers with lifting heights of 1.000 and 1.500 mm. But here too, we can adapt the trucks individually to the requirements of our customers. The picture shows a special design for a customer with a lifting height of over 1.800 mm. A removable frame in the shape of a prism was required here as a pick-up device on which roll goods are lifted and transported.
CUSTOMISED SPECIAL SOLUTIONS
The HR500 lifts are often customised according to our customers' requirements for a specific task. For example, the chassis can be shortened or widened so that there is enough space for the load carriers to be picked up, or a special pick-up device can be used. The illustration on the right shows a small forklift truck where the chassis has been shortened, for example, so that the stacking boxes can be placed back at their destination. For stability reasons, we have installed a counterweight under the chassis here.

Example 1:
You would like to order 27 signs with the inscriptions A1 to A9, B1 to B9 and C1 to C9. In this case, enter quantity 27 and enter “A1-A9,B1-B9,C1-C9” in the Print field.
Example 2:
You would like to order 10 signs with the lettering A to E and K to O. In this case, enter quantity 10 and enter “A-E,K-O” in the print field.
