OPTIMAL USE OF SPACE
THANKS TO 85% PULL-OUT

The drawers have a pull-out depth of approx. 85% and can therefore be pulled out of the shelf almost completely. This allows you to reach the back of your floor storage shelves and the available storage space is used optimally. A three-sided stop edge ensures that the load carriers do not slip off the pull-out. In addition, laterally bevelled stop edges ensure that pallets slide into the correct position when loaded by an forklift truck. The rear stop edge ensures that the load carriers are not pushed too far into the rack.

The pull-out runs on two floor rails, which are mounted on the hall floor. The rails guarantee a safe straight run. The complete fixing set is included in delivery!

KROG floor pull-outs offer various advantages when storing load carriers at floor level:

• Ergonomics for employees - during retrieval / picking, employees do not have to bend down into the shelf to remove goods Cost savings.

• Ants or forklifts are not required to remove individual parts in order to retrieve pallets / mesh pallets from the shelf Time savings

• Goods can be picked more quickly when using floor pull-outs because no other aids are required.

STANDARD HANDLE, EASY-ACTION-HANDLE
OR FOOT LOCKING

Different handle variations are available for pulling out. You can choose between the standard handle and Easy-Action handle in different heights. We recommend that you choose a handle that is as long as possible so that employees do not have to bend down when pulling out.

The Easy-Action handle makes it easier to pull out the floor pullouts compared to the standard handle. We therefore recommend this handle for heavy loads on the floor pull-outs!

We offer a special foot lock for mesh pallets. The use of pull handles is not recommended when using wire mesh pallets as load carriers, as there is only little space between the wire mesh pallet and the pull handle and therefore there is a risk of injury.

Both the handle variants and the foot lock ensure that the drawers are always locked when pushed in and thus cannot roll into the order picking aisle when pressure is applied from the rear. Before the bottom drawers can be pulled out, the lock must always be unlocked first. This is done directly at the handle or by foot in the case of the foot lock.
